Portugal Investment Immigration Program

350,000 euros to buy real estate or bonds can be naturalized for 6 years

The Portuguese Investment Immigration Program (ARI) is known as the "Golden Visa" in Portugal. Anyone who purchases a property worth 500,000 Euros in Portugal or a property worth 350,000 Euros with a property age of more than 30 years can apply for a Portuguese residence visa. You can apply for permanent residency after five years of residence, and you can apply for naturalization if you pass the Portuguese language test in one year.

The examination and approval threshold is low. The property can be rented out or used for self-occupation. It only needs to live in Portugal for 7 days each year. One person applies and the whole family emigrates for three generations.

b. Invest 350,000 Euros to purchase real estate in Portugal over 30 years old; or

c. Invest 500,000 Euros to buy any real estate in Portugal

 

application process

1. Pay the precision immigration consulting service fee (1 day)

2. Prepare materials and make application materials (1-2 months)

3. Go to Portugal to investigate property purchase (3-4 months)

4. Apply for the right of abode (1 year) (8-10 months)

5. Obtain a residence card (1-2 months)

6. Renewal of residence card (1 year)

7. Hold the residence card for more than 5 years and live in Portugal for more than 7 days each year, you can apply for permanent resident status (5 years)

8. Be a permanent resident for 1 year, pass the Portuguese language test, and apply for naturalization (1 year)

 

Overview
